Radar Systems Engineers/Analysts

Maximum Technology Corporation is a small business in Huntsville, AL. MTC focuses on providing DoD customers with efficient, cost-effective, and innovative solutions in data management, software engineering, system engineering, test and evaluation support, information technology, and information system security.We are seeking Systems Engineers to join our team. These positions provide systems engineering support to the Defense Industry customer for complex technical systems. The Systems Engineer exhibits a working knowledge of the government systems engineering process and ability to generate support analyses and documentation under program direction to facilitate multiple phases of systems engineering. Required support may include review and generation of program deliverables, and support of system integration and test efforts including planning, execution, and analysis.Position Responsibilities:Use analysis tools and industry-standard methods to assist in generation of data analysis productsSupport systems engineering efforts including software/hardware integration and test reporting activitiesAdditional advanced duties based on level of experienceMinimum Qualifications (Required skills):Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related field from an accredited college or universityThree (3)+ years of related experienceAbility to solve complex problems in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to operate independently or as part of a team with readily available guidanceExcellent oral and written communication skillsMBSE (Cameo) and MATLAB/Linux operations experienceExperience working with integration or test activities for hardware or software productsDatabase experienceExperience in development of test scripts and performance analysisExperience with Systems Engineering Product Development CycleUS Citizenship and current or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearancePreferred Qualifications (Desired skills):Experience with Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) and Cobra-Dane Radar systemsBenefits: Stable work environment, competitive salary & benefits package, 401k Matching Program, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Leave & moreEOE, including disability/vetsThis position is contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and government security investigation.
