What Your Day Looks Like:
Deliver radiation treatments in a calm, patient-focused outpatient setting
Work closely with a small, collaborative clinical team where everyone contributes and supports one another
Spend meaningful time with patients, building trust and guiding them through their care experience
Collaborate daily with physicians and clinical support staff in a team-first environment, contributing to a culture built on compassion, accountability, and strong communication
What Were Looking For:
Certified Radiation Therapist (ARRT required)
Someone genuinely interested in building a life in Alaskanot just taking a job
High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and accountability
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a small, tight-knit team environment
Reliable, grounded, and adaptable in a steady clinical workflow
