Title: Radiation Therapist
Location: Tacoma, WA
Hourly Pay: $41.71 - $66.94 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: M-F

About the Role We foster a collaborative, family-oriented culture with a strong commitment to patient care. This role may require travel between our three locations in Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and Puyallup.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure patient safety and provide attentive care throughout all stages of treatment
Perform ongoing quality assurance and maintain accurate patient and departmental records
Collaborate with clinical staff to address concerns, report incidents, and support continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with team members both verbally and in writing
Technology
TrueBeam systems (less than 2 years old)
21iX Linear Accelerator (LINAC)
Mosaiq EMR system
Qualifications
ARRT Certification (Radiation Therapy)
Active Washington State License
