Required Skills:
- A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Valid NYS license and registration
- At least one year of CT/MRI experience as a radiologic technologist
- Proficiency in operating imaging equipment
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection protocols
- Ability to position patients effectively and explain procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with interventional radiology procedures
- Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
- Additional certifications in CT or MRI
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology
- Proven experience in a clinical radiology setting, especially with interventional procedures
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a day shift schedule (8 hours)
- Availability to start by June 1, 2026
- Willingness to adhere to all department policies and safety protocols
- Travel or additional reimbursements applicable as needed
