Description:

Join our Saint Alphonsus team as a Radiologic Technologist and become part of a collaborative, patient-centered organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to the communities we serve. In this role, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work alongside providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality imaging services.

What You'll Do

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations following physician orders and established protocols.

  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exams to ensure a positive patient experience.

  • Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

Required Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or currently enrolled in an ARRT-recognized radiology program.

  • If enrolled in an ARRT-recognized program, colleagues must notify their supervisor and/or Human Resources if they are no longer participating in the program during employment.

  • Upon completion of the ARRT program, the ARRT registry examination must be successfully completed and ARRT registration obtained within one (1) year of hire.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Military Training Network required at hire.
