    About the Role

    As a PRN Radiologic Technologist at Quincy Medical Group, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures that support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care. Working alongside providers and the imaging team, you will produce high-quality radiographic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

    Schedule & Work Environment

    • PRN position with hours scheduled based on departmental needs and staffing coverage.
    • Flexible scheduling, including weekday shifts as needed.
    • No guaranteed minimum hours.
    • May provide coverage for vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs.
    • Fast-paced outpatient imaging environment focused on patient-centered care.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations following physician orders and established imaging protocols.
    • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring safety and comfort.
    • Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
    • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record and PACS.
    • Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection prevention standards.
    • Collaborate with providers and imaging staff to support efficient patient care.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
    • Current ARRT certification required.
    • Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) accreditation required.
    • Current CPR certification preferred.
    • Strong communication and patient care skills.

    The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $25.00 - $37.50 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials and other incentives.
