Job Description and Duties

Department of Medicine & Ancillary Services (MAS) is looking to hire a full-time, permanent Radiologic Technologist. Duties include - perform diagnostic imaging procedures , including X-rays to assist in patients' diagnosis and treatment. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a secure and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be licensed - Certified Radiologic Technologist issued by the California State Department of Health Services.

Founded in 1875, Napa State Hospital is the only state hospital in Northern California for persons struggling with severe mental illness. Classified as a low to moderate security facility, the hospital has a bed capacity to treat up to 1,362 patients on an attractive campus with treatment units located on 138 acres. Staff is dedicated and committed to delivering high quality, cost-effective, professional services and specialized programs in an environment that promotes continuous improvements in treatment for individuals with mental disabilities.
Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented. PLP 2025 requires that each full-time employee receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours of PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 30, 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.
