National Certs REQ: ACLS; ARRT R or CCI RCIS

Is on-call REQ? Yes, 10-11 days/month.

Pending State License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB

RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays

Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek.

3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
