Facility: James Cancer Hospital and Research Unit: CT Tech, CC96011 Shift: 3 Nights (12 hour(s)) 19:00-7:30, every 3rd weekend shift would be 230p-3a Sat/Sunday We would like to also ask this person takes a call rotation one day every 10 weeks - would need to be available within an hour of the call. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in the CT department of our Level I trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience, possess BLS and ARRT certifications, with AART Advanced certification preferred. Work Environment: The position involves working in a dynamic emergency room (ER) setting with emergent inpatient needs. Our facility is a Level I trauma center, Stroke Accredited, and serves a diverse community. Responsibilities: Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion. Operate CT equipment efficiently and ensure high-quality imaging. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in on-call rotation as required, responding promptly to emergent situations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience. Current BLS and ARRT certifications required. AART Advanced certification preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties. Work Setting: Outpatient Operating Room ER Level I Trauma Community Hospital Adult ICU Agency staff have the following parking permit options (purchased through CampusParc at osu.campusparc.com): The WB and CXS permits require annual payment upfront and are not available as monthly permits. The WMC permit is available monthly. WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to the Wexner Medical Center Garage $224.80/month or $748.58 per 100 days. WB Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; West Campus WB/WC lots 24/7 with shuttle service $196.20/year. CXS Annual Permit: 9th Avenue East and West Garages on weekends and holidays; Buckeye CX and West Campus lots 24/7 $393.96/year. WB Parking Details: Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from OSU Wexner Medical Center. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3 5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8 9 minutes. Weekend garage access is available from Friday at 2:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m. Outside those hours, regular hourly garage rates apply. Refund Information: Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable.
