Radiology / Cardiology/CT Tech

CT Tech for fastipaced CT department specializing in diagnostic and interventional CT procedures. Oncology based hospital. 2 Siemens CT scanners with interventional packages. Rotating afterhours and weekend call required (Every 5 weeks with current staffing). 1st time traveler OK. Scrubs provided.

Certifications REQUIRED: ARRT CT; BLS

Certifications Preferred: ARRT R

Skills/Experience REQUIRED: Adult Acute Care; Adult Outpatient; ICU; PACS; Siemens; Abdomen without and/or with contrast; Pelvis without and/or with contrast; Chest without and/or with contrast; Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta); Carotid; Head without and/or with contrast; Sinuses; Soft tissue neck; Preparation and/or administration of contrast media; Radiation Safety; Aspirations; Biopsies; Brain perfusion; Drainage; Cervical; Lumbar; Thoracic; EPIC documentation

Skills/Experience Preferred: Emergency Department; Colorectal studies (rectal contrast); Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography); Trauma head; Isolation Precautions; Starting Peripheral IVs; Venipuncture; Vascular CTA; Musculoskeletal trauma; Various CT Interventional Procedures
