• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $52.66 $56.66 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3x12 schedule; 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a travel Electrophysiology Technician contract role at a short-term acute care teaching facility with 521 staffed beds, utilizing EPIC for charting. The clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs across all three hospital campuses (Martin North, Martin South, and Martin Tradition within 20 miles of each other). The facility is a smoke-free and nicotine-free campus; all travelers must be nicotine-free with no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrophysiology technician duties within scope of practice
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across all three hospital campuses (Martin North, Martin South, and Martin Tradition within 20 miles)
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years EP lab experience required
• Cath lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), and Electrophysiology (EP) experience
• AHA or Red Cross ACLS certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)

Preferred Skills

• RCVT certification preferred
• RCIS certification preferred (in addition to the required certifications)

Education Requirements

• AHA or Red Cross ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• RCVT certification preferred
• RCIS certification preferred
• Pending license accepted

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience required
• Experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), and Electrophysiology (EP) lab settings
• First-time travelers accepted

• On-call required
• Float required across all three hospital campuses: Martin North, Martin South, and Martin Tradition (within 20 miles)
• Block scheduling not available
• Scrub color: White
• Charting system: EPIC
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Nicotine-free facility: all travelers must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required

• All RTO (requested time off) must be included at the time of submission. Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client.
• There are time-sensitive onboarding modules that must be prioritized immediately upon assignment confirmation. Please do not delay completing these modules.
