Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Allied Health position for an X-Ray Tech placed at a Short Term Acute Care facility a Level II Trauma Center in Lubbock, TX. The candidate must be able to independently perform routine and complex X-ray exams and assist with fluoroscopy procedures. Experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment is required. Strong patient care and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine and complex X-ray exams
• Assist with fluoroscopy procedures
• Image up to 30 patients per day
• Float between units as needed
• Provide care in a fast-paced acute care environment consistent with a Level II Trauma Center setting

• Dress code for unlicensed personnel: solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire (print tops not acceptable except in specified areas)
