Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Description

The CT/Radiology Technologist will perform routine CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures within a fast-paced free-standing emergency department. This position requires proficiency in both CT and diagnostic radiology, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation of imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and diagnostic radiography as per protocol.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, such as GE 64 Slice CT and GE Digital X-ray.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately using Meditech.
• Work effectively under pressure while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT Rad Tech Certification
• SCQRSA Certification (SC Rad Tech license)
• CT certification preferred; CT experience and knowledge are required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
