Radiology Scheduling/Registration Clerk

Summary:

• Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential for Extension or perm)
• Location: 1701 N. George Mason Drive, Arlington, VA, 22205

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter 150–200 physician imaging orders received via fax each day into the scheduling system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Radiology scheduling experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail to prevent transcription or order entry errors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Experience in a high-volume outpatient Radiology scheduling environment.
• Experience with patient registration and insurance verification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume scheduling environment.
