Job Description: As a Radiology Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in responding to support tickets promptly and ensuring superior customer service. This position involves dealing with a high-pressure environment and adhering to SLA escalation procedures for resolution. Detailed note-taking of all activities and interactions in the system is essential.
Responsibilities:
Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system
Provide superior customer service
Communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders
Work in a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution
Skills:
Experience working in a hospital and/or with radiologists is required
Experience working in a service desk environment
Ability to document and type 40 words a minute
Technical familiarity with Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena, or a similar system
Education: High School diploma or GED
Language Proficiency: English (Speak, Read, Write)
