Hourly pay range: $46.16 min. - $66.93 max
Reporting to the Manager of Radiology this position provides health care services, applying x-ray energy, computer processing or pulsed radiofrequency waves and magnetic energy to assist in diagnoses or treatment; performs related procedures producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner while exercising professional judgment in performance of services, and applies appropriate patient care recognizing patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure .

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
1. Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required within 6 months of hire.
a) ARRT – CT if working in CT
2. Current CPR certification required.
3. Certification by the State of California (CRT) required.
4. Certification by the State of California in Fluoroscopy required.
5. Certification by the State of California (CRT) in mammography required if working in that area.
6. Certificate of venipuncture for contrast media injection required within 6- months of hire if establishing new IV access for the purpose of contrast injection.
