The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is seeking a Ranger to join our Field Operations-Ranger Operations team located in West Chicago, IL. This role performs a broad range of operational, maintenance, and customer service duties to support the daily operations of District preserves and facilities. We are looking for a team-player who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and making a direct impact on their environment and community. You'll maintain public use areas, operate and maintain vehicles, assist with natural resource management activities, perform inspections of trails, support and lead recreational operations and provide exceptional visitor service and recreational programming.Compensation Rangers start at $22.48 per hour.
