At KBR, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Analyst supporting the Rapid Capabilities (RapCap) Project Office in Huntsville, AL. The Logistics Analyst supports the RapCap Program Office providing comprehensive logistics, asset accountability, and sustainment support for highly complex weapon systems and training assets across CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position supports acquisition and sustainment activities by managing government property, shipping documentation, and multiple Army logistics systems. The incumbent serves as a critical link between program offices, depots, contractors, and operational units to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and readiness of logistics assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Requisition and Invoice/Shipping Documents for refurbishment, repair, shipping, and transfer of materials.
  • Conduct physical inventories of stocked items and all incoming and outgoing assets to include sensitive items; maintain accurate accountability records.
  • Maintain detailed records including serial numbers, part numbers, asset descriptions, locations, dates, and reasons for movement (training, refurbishment, or disposal).
  • Track all assets shipped OCONUS/CONUS and provide status updates to stakeholders until final delivery.
  • Enter and maintain asset records within Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP).
  • Enter and manage assets and substantiate documentation within the Electronic Logistics Management Systems (ELMS) to obtain National Security (NS) Material Numbers.
  • Manage and maintain a DD1149 tracking system, ensuring all documentation is accurately matched and electronically linked to asset records.
  • Serve as a liaison between government organizations and contractors to ensure proper documentation, handling, and accountability of materials.
  • Ensure training assets are properly accounted for, shipped, tracked, and returned in accordance with policy and program requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of technical manuals, logistics policies, and technical drawings for spare and repair parts.
  • Use additional logistics systems including Logistics Integration Warehouse (LIW), TULSA, and EDIS to support asset visibility and sustainment reporting.
  • Retrieve and verify DD250s to confirm delivery and acceptance of contract-delivered assets.
  • Prepare reports and briefings to leadership on asset status, inventory accuracy, repairs, and shipments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD logistics, acquisition, sustainment, or depot maintenance programs.
  • Experience preparing and managing DD1149s, government shipping documentation, and asset accountability records.
  • Strong working knowledge of Army logistics policies, procedures, and technical manuals.
  • Experience using Army logistics systems such as LMP, AESIP, ELMS, LIW, TULSA, and EDIS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including tracking spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo, operational environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or higher), as required.

  • Experience supporting TAGM weapons systems
  • Cross-functional coordination and communication
  • Problem-solving within complex logistics environments
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional technical and test teams.
