This role will be responsible for developing the warehouse strategy and operating model; planning and designing the facility; rationalizing existing stockroom footprints; transferring and acquiring material-handling equipment; establishing the organization and staffing model; and implementing the processes, technology, and performance management systems required to support a safe, efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operation. The Senior Director is expected to establish the vision, operating model, organization, infrastructure, and performance culture required to create a centralized warehouse capability that is safe, scalable, technology-enabled, financially disciplined, and recognized as a world-class operation within Leidos.
