Piper Companies is currently seeking a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Director for an opportunity in the San Francisco area.
The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Director will participate in ongoing field-based commercial efforts, including product launch support and engagement across specialty and rare disease markets.
Responsibilities for the Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Director include:
• Lead specialty sales and account management activities within the Rare Disease space • Support product launches, and ongoing sales activities • Travel up to 40%, including overnight as needed
Qualifications for the Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Director:
• Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years specialty pharmaceutical experience, including 5+ years in competitive markets • 2+ years rare/orphan drug experience • Strong CNS/neuroscience (epilepsy) background; oncology/hematology preferred • Proven high sales performance and launch success
Compensation for the Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Director:
Salary Range: $175,000-$210,000
