As our Site Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. On any given day, you will:
Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies.

Affordable Housing Pro: 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/RD guidelines).
Tech Savvy: You know your way around Yardi and Microsoft 365.
