Reach truck Operator (Night Shift)

Schedule: Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-3:30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks safely to replenish inventory for the case line and bottle line.
• Pick, organize, and stage customer orders accurately according to invoices and delivery requirements.
• Load route trucks according to computerized loading schematics to support next-day deliveries.
• Inspect warehouse equipment daily, report defects, and operate material-handling equipment as needed.
• Handle, move, and store beverage products safely while preventing product damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned to support daily operations.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• Reach truck operating experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to workplace safety and productivity.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent reaching, including occasional overhead reaching.
• Ability to squat, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks as required
