Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a React Tech Lead. This is a 100% onsite role in Tampa, FL, with a duration of 6 months. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our technical projects, focusing on the latest technologies and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in C# / .NET 8, including async/await, dependency injection, and middleware.
• Experience with Azure Services such as Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Functions, App Config, and Key Vault.
• Proficiency in React TypeScript, including hooks, Redux Toolkit, and micro-frontends (Single-SPA).
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Client Graph, including PnPjs and Graph API calls.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, separation of concerns, and CQRS pattern.
• Experience with testing frameworks like xUnit/.NET testing.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep templates.
• Experience with event-driven design and Service Bus messaging patterns (Topics, queues, subscription).
• Strong focus on code quality and PR workflows.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering for code generation, and iterating with AI suggestions.
• Understanding of agentic workflows, autonomous multi-step task execution, and plan→act→verify loops.
• Knowledge of tool use/function calling, including how AI agents invoke tools (file editing, shell commands, search).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects using React and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in adopting best practices and new technologies.
