Responsibilities
- Successfully finish PLACE Launch training program
- Execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
- Guide buyers through the process, obtain agreements, and locate suitable properties
- Handle negotiations for both buyer and seller offers
- Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Organize and conduct two open houses each month
- Transform leads into scheduled appointments
- Take part in weekly script rehearsals and team events
- Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure property listings, and promote homes
- Provide recommendations on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
