Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Atlanta area
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
Develop and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and industry professionals
Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
Strong knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and local neighborhoods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
