Responsibilities

• Complete advanced training through Rise Property Group | powered by PLACE Launch to enhance industry expertise
• Consistently implement Rise Property Group | powered by PLACE’s lead generation systems to maintain a robust pipeline
• Provide strategic consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties (2-3 per week)
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers, ensuring optimal outcomes (1-2 per week)
• Utilize team technology platforms to meticulously track all tasks, client interactions, and transaction progress
• Host a minimum of three high-impact open houses each month to maximize property exposure
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into qualified appointments, maintaining a strong client engagement rate (4-8 per week)
• Engage actively in weekly script refinement sessions and team activities to uphold professional standards
• Commit to ongoing professional development through weekly one-on-one coaching, targeted training sessions, and partner calls
• Advise sellers with precision, converting consultations into listings and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
• Demonstrate mastery in pricing strategies, staging consultations, and delivering exceptional listing services to maximize property value
