Summary

The Sunny Darden Group, powered by PLACE and affiliated with Real Broker, is hiring motivated real estate agents and future agents who want to build a sustainable business with training, systems, accountability, and team support.

This opportunity is a fit for licensed Texas agents, agents currently working toward their license, and ambitious professionals exploring a career in real estate. You will learn how to generate business, build relationships, convert conversations into appointments, and guide clients through the buying and selling process.

You will not be expected to figure it out alone. Our team provides a clear path, practical coaching, lead-generation support, technology, and a collaborative environment designed to help you build momentum.

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commission-based and dependent on production.
Work setting: Partially remote, with in-person training, meetings, client appointments, and open houses in North DFW.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, and your sphere of influence
• Follow a consistent lead-generation and follow-up plan
• Attend team training, coaching, role-play, and accountability meetings
• Host open houses and convert conversations into appointments
• Use Brivity and team systems to manage leads, tasks, and client communication
• Guide buyers through home searches, showings, offers, negotiations, and closing
• Support sellers through pricing, preparation, marketing, showings, negotiations, and closing
• Deliver timely, professional communication and a high level of client service
• Learn and use proven scripts, systems, and processes
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a collaborative culture

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license, or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, accountable, and willing to follow a proven plan
• Comfortable making calls, following up, meeting new people, and asking for business
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Professional, positive, client-first attitude
• Sales, service, hospitality, education, or relationship-based experience is helpful but not required
• New agents are welcome to apply. Training and support are provided.
