Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and put your training into action.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems consistently each week.
• Build relationships with prospects and convert lead-generation activities into appointments.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help clients identify the right homes.
• Consult with sellers, convert opportunities into listings, and effectively market their homes.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Conduct at least two open houses each month to create additional opportunities and connect with prospective clients.
• Track tasks, activities, leads, and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities according to team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Develop expertise in pricing strategies, staging, marketing, and other listing-related services.
• Continuously sharpen your skills, expand your knowledge, and look for ways to better serve your clients.

Qualifications

You’re an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and turning opportunities into results.

You’re confident enough to take initiative, humble enough to accept coaching, and committed enough to keep going when things get challenging.
