Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program and apply its principles daily.
• Use PLACE lead-generation systems consistently each week.
• Advise buyers, secure representation agreements, and identify suitable properties.
• Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Keep accurate client and activity records in PLACE Technology.
• Host at least two monthly open houses and follow up with attendees.
• Convert prospecting efforts into qualified appointments.
• Attend required practice sessions, team activities, coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
• Guide sellers through listing, pricing, staging, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, competitive sales professional
• Skilled at building rapport, listening, and solving client needs
• Strong prospecting, lead-generation, and objection-handling abilities
• Service-oriented communicator
• Collaborative team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience
• Growth-minded and eager to learn scripts and dialogues
• Organized with excellent time-management skills
