Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program and apply its principles in daily activities.
• Consistently implement PLACE lead-generation systems each week.
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find suitable properties.
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and related listing services while converting consultations into listings and effectively marketing their homes.
• Represent buyers and sellers during negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
• Record and manage tasks, client interactions, and activities using PLACE Technology.
• Host at least two open houses each month and convert prospecting efforts into qualified appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
