Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generations systems and script practice weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers and convert into signed agreements with confidence
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities and events per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on the current market, pricing strategies, staging and other related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and time management skills
