Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training and utilize PLACE for consistent lead generation
Engage in comprehensive training to master the PLACE system and leverage it to generate a steady flow of qualified leads. - Consult with buyers and sellers to secure agreements and listings
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and successfully negotiate contracts for property sales and purchases. - Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of clients
Advocate for clients by skillfully managing offer negotiations to achieve favorable terms. - Host a minimum of two open houses each month
Organize and conduct open house events to showcase properties and attract potential buyers. - Convert leads into scheduled appointments
Follow up on prospective clients to arrange meetings and move them through the sales process. - Participate in weekly meetings, coaching sessions, and Partner Calls
Engage in regular team interactions and training to enhance skills and stay informed on company updates. - Provide guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies for listings
Advise clients on optimal pricing, home presentation, and promotional tactics to maximize property appeal.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated individual with an ambitious spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
