Summary

Legacy Real Estate Network — Powered by PLACE

Build your business with a team proven to be 100% ALL IN invested in your success.

You bring the ambition. We bring the systems, support, and commitment to help you grow.

You’ve worked hard to build your real estate career. Now imagine what you could accomplish with consistent coaching, professional marketing, transaction support, connected technology, and a team invested in your success.

At Legacy Real Estate Network, powered by PLACE, we bring these resources together into a comprehensive career platform. Our goal is to help you build a more productive business, strengthen your skills, and create more capacity for the work that drives your success: connecting with people and helping them buy and sell real estate.

As an agent on our team, you’ll develop client relationships, generate and follow up with business opportunities, conduct buyer and seller consultations, negotiate agreements, and guide clients through important decisions. You’ll work alongside an operations team and participate in ongoing coaching, training, and accountability.

If you’re ready to put proven systems into practice and contribute to a collaborative team, we’re ready to invest in your next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and apply the systems. Build a strong foundation in the tools, habits, and processes that support consistent business growth.
• Cultivate opportunities and convert them into appointments. Execute weekly lead generation, nurture your database, follow up consistently, and host at least two open houses monthly to build your pipeline.
• Guide buyers from consultation to closing. Understand their goals, establish signed buyer agreements, identify suitable properties, and help them make informed decisions.
• Help sellers prepare, price, and market their homes. Conduct listing consultations and provide guidance on pricing, staging, and positioning to support each seller’s goals.
• Negotiate and coordinate successful transactions. Represent your clients’ interests and collaborate with transaction support to keep communication, deadlines, and details on track.
• Use PLACE technology to manage your business. Maintain accurate client records, track activities, and schedule follow-up so opportunities and commitments receive consistent attention.
• Participate in coaching and team development. Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training, script practice, Partner Calls, and team activities to sharpen your skills and contribute to shared success.
