Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training and weekly script practice.
• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems and convert prospects into appointments.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and provide pricing, staging, and marketing expertise.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate tasks and activity records in PLACE Technology.
• Host open houses weekly
