Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients
• Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
• Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients
