Robles Realty Group is seeking motivated individuals who are new to real estate or have limited experience and are ready to learn through practical, hands-on training. You’ll work full-time from our office alongside an experienced team lead, gaining direct exposure to the day-to-day business.

In this role, you will:

• Follow up with leads provided by the team
• Host open houses
• Shadow the team lead during real client consultations
• Learn how successful agents attract, serve, and convert clients
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the team every day. Consistent conversations are how you set appointments and build your business from day one.
• Work full-time from the office alongside the team, so you get real-time support, coaching and accountability.
• Host open houses to meet buyers and neighbors, sharpen your presentation skills and generate new leads of your own.
• Shadow the team lead on buyer and seller consultations to learn how to build rapport, present value and earn a client's trust.
• Practice scripts and role-play with the team weekly to build confidence on the phone and in person.
• Attend team meetings, trainings and 1:1 mentoring sessions to accelerate your learning and growth.
• Track calls, appointments and activities in PLACE Technology so you and your mentor can measure your progress.

Qualifications

No experience? No problem. You are motivated, coachable and eager to learn. You enjoy talking with people, you're comfortable picking up the phone, and you're ready to put in the work to build a successful real estate career. You want to learn by doing, with a mentor by your side, and you're ready to start right away.

• Active California real estate license (newly licensed agents encouraged to apply)
• No prior real estate sales experience required
• Available to work full-time from our office
• Comfortable making daily calls to team-provided leads
• Willing to host open houses, including weekends
• Coachable and eager to learn through hands-on mentoring and shadowing
• Willingness to learn and practice scripts and dialogues
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Organized, dependable and good at managing your time
• Available to start immediately
