Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through the full real estate transaction process, from initial consultation through closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, providing responsive communication, and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct property tours, prepare comparative market analyses, and provide informed guidance on pricing, offers, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through networking, referrals, open houses, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction documentation in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Stay current on local market trends, real estate laws, and industry best practices while representing the Robert & Christy Real Estate Team professionally.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
