Real Estate Associate (3+ Years) - Houston

A well-regarded Houston business law firm is seeking a real estate associate to handle commercial real estate transactions for established and growing businesses.

Responsibilities

- Handle acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing transactions

- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related agreements

- Conduct title, survey, and due diligence review

- Manage closings and work directly with clients and senior attorneys

Requirements

- 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience

- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals

Compensation and benefits

Work arrangement

Full-time, in office in Houston.
