Aligned Talent Acquisition is working with a nationally recognized Am Law firm that is actively seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, complex transactions, and working with developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, or leasing.

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and other real estate agreements.

• Familiarity with real estate due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings.

• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, property owners, or institutional clients.

• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and collaborate effectively with clients and deal teams.

The selected attorney may work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including:

• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

• Real estate finance and secured lending transactions

• Commercial leasing and development projects

• Joint ventures and real estate investment transactions

• Real estate due diligence, title, and survey matters

• Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation

• Coordinating transaction closings and collaborating with multidisciplinary deal teams
