Real Estate Attorney

I'm recruiting real estate attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd work on commercial transactions with real responsibility and steady client contact.

What you'll do

• Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases
• Review title, survey, and zoning issues
• Represent lenders or borrowers in commercial loan transactions
• Manage closings and post-closing matters

What you bring

• JD and an active Massachusetts bar license
• About 3-8 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong drafting and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple transactions on tight timelines
