Position Overview
The Commission Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accurate processing of real estate transactions and commission payments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy throughout the transaction process.
Responsibilities
- Process and review new and closed real estate sales transactions
- Review, track, and maintain open contracts
- Receive, reconcile, and deposit transaction funds and incoming checks
- Calculate, verify, and distribute commission payments accurately and timely
- Maintain detailed transaction files and records
- Prepare reports and assist with commission-related audits and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transaction procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
