Responsibilities

• Finish the PLACE Agent Launch program
• Use PLACE lead generation strategies every week
• Hold at least two open houses each month
• Turn your prospecting and lead efforts into scheduled meetings
• Guide sellers, get listings, and showcase properties with confidence
• Use your know-how in pricing, staging, and other listing services
• Help sellers navigate offer negotiations
• Keep detailed records of your activities and client info with PLACE Technology

• Great at building connections, listening to clients, and offering personalized solutions
• Experienced in finding and reaching out to potential clients
• Clear and approachable communicator focused on providing great service
