Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

An excellent firm is adding a Litigation Paralegal to their staff.  The paralegal will drive cases forward and collaborate closely with the team and attorneys.  

• Review and prepare general correspondence, trust letters, mortgages, and statements of adjustment
• Review purchase and sale contracts

• Required Requirements:

  •             iManage experience

  •             Trail prep

  •             litigation paralegal experience

  •             experience – E-filing with all courts and counties

  •             Bench and jury trail experience

**3+ years experience litigation paralegal required

The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
