Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and email
• Arrange and coordinate property tours, showings, and appointments
• Support listing paperwork, administrative duties, and transaction coordination
• Keep CRM information current and conduct timely client follow-up
• Generate new business opportunities through consistent prospecting efforts
• Assist in person with showings, open houses, and content creation
