Key Responsibilities

• Engage with leads and clients by phone, text message, and email
• Arrange property tours, showings, and client meetings
• Provide support with listing administration and transaction coordination
• Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee client communications
• Identify new business opportunities and consistently follow up with prospects
• Assist with in-person activities, including showings, open houses, and content development
