Start your real estate career as a Showing Partner with Selling With The Snyder Group, ranked 75th in the country at our team’s brokerage for teams our size. We are growing and hiring showing agents across the Houston area. In this role, you guide our clients to homes alongside our sales agents, backed by daily training on proven models, weekly script practice, and 1:1 coaching. It is the fastest way to learn the business and grow into a full agent role on the team, with low to no expenses. Through our team’s brokerage, you also get revenue sharing, health insurance, performance bonuses, vesting plans, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agents to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed written feedback that confirms or refines each client’s search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Join weekly script practice per team standards
• Join team activities per team standards
• Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and the Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
