Real Estate Showing Assistant

Summary

The Showing Assistant supports the reEquity Group team by providing a professional, welcoming experience for clients touring residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, responsive, and knowledgeable about the Worthington real estate market. The Showing Assistant helps clients explore available homes, represents the company with professionalism, and contributes to a smooth and positive home-buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to build the market knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for success.
• Work alongside a sales agent to conduct property tours and support clients throughout the home-buying experience.
• Collect and communicate detailed client feedback to improve property searches and make each showing more productive.
• Assist sales agents with preparing and negotiating offers while developing your negotiation abilities through mentorship.
• Participate in weekly script practice to enhance communication, client service, and relationship-building skills.
• Support a collaborative team environment by taking part in team events, activities, and accountability practices.
• Pursue ongoing development through weekly one-on-one coaching, team training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Leverage PLACE Technology to organize daily tasks, monitor performance, and track progress toward your real estate goals.
