Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Title Processor / Closer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the final stages of real estate transactions by ensuring all title and escrow processes are accurately completed, compliant with industry standards, and aligned with client expectations. Your expertise will facilitate smooth closings, minimize risks, and uphold the integrity of each transaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and excellent communication are key to success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review closing documents for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
  • Review title reports, title commitments, and related documentation to verify clear ownership and identify any issues or liens
  • Ensure all title requirements and conditions are met prior to closing
  • Coordinate closing schedules with escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless closing processes
  • Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, contracts, and disclosures to ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Oversee the signing process with buyers and sellers, ensuring all documents are correctly executed
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, mortgage servicing requirements, and other relevant legal standards
  • Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure smooth transactions
    Resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after closing Qualifications
    Proven experience as a Title Closer or in a similar role within real estate or financial services industries
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math for accurate data entry and calculations
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring every real estate transaction concludes smoothly! Qualifications
