HR Advice and Counsel – Reasonable Accommodation Analyst / Sr. Analyst Highlights
Pay: $28.10 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Remote position: Yes (must have a private/quiet workspace and reliable internet — no hotspots)
Employment Type: Temporary
Duration: Approx. 9 weeks (through 12/31/2026, with possible extension based on business needs)
Openings: 7
Interview: 1-step MS Teams on-camera interview for selected candidates
Compliance/Sensitivity: Safety Sensitive role; candidate will handle PII and confidential information
Responsibilities
Manage initial intake/engagement for colleagues requesting workplace accommodations
Review accommodation requests and supporting documentation, respond to related questions/inquiries
Participate in and help drive the interactive process with colleagues/applicants/leaders/HR
Ensure alignment with ADA/ADAAA, applicable federal/state laws, and company policies
Conduct outbound communication and case follow-ups (including letters/outreach when colleagues disengage)
Document thoroughly and accurately in a case management system
Handle sensitive conversations professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality
Requirements
Reasonable Accommodations (RA) background experience is required (please include years of RA experience on resume)
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
Must be tech savvy and comfortable working in case management tools
Must confirm:City/State of residence (add at top of resume)
Private home workspace (no shared/public setting due to PII access)
Reliable internet (no hotspots)
Nice to have
HR-related background
Prior experience administering accommodation requests / ADAAA exposure (preferred, not required)
Benefits Available
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
