Rebar Fabricator

The Rebar fabricator will cut, bend, weld, assemble, and prepare rebar according to the blueprints and engineering specifications. Responsibilities include stagging materials, assisting machine operators, inspecting finished products with measuring tools, packaging orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate must be dependable, self motivated, safety conscious, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

1. Review customer specifications, engineering drawings, and blueprints to determine finished product requirements, requried materials, and machine setup.
2. Pull,cut,bend,weld,and assemble rebar according to engineering prints and the production schedule.
3. bend and manufacture pull pins for the cover casting department.
4. Stage rebar on material handling skids and storage racks to support production.
