Position Overview:
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the receipt and storage of incoming materials and supplies. This position also ensures all receiving and internal movement transactions are promptly entered into the ERP System (SAP) in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring the warehouse has proper workflow to meet the demand. This is a Medical Device manufacturing site compliant with 21 CFR/ISO 13485 regulations.

During the Plant start-up this position will work during the core business hours.
(A) Shift will primarily work 6:00am -6:30pm Monday- Thursday
(B) shift will work from 6:00pm -6:30am Monday through Thursday
(C) Shift will primarily work 6:00am -6:30pm Friday- Sunday
(D) shift will work from 6:00pm -6:30am Friday through Sunday
Business needs may necessitate the need to adjust shift start and end times.

Responsibilities:
Perform all receiving-related SAP transactions with accuracy.
Coordinate receipts of raw material, and supplies with assigned carriers.
Operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Operate box truck between facilities.
Complete all QMS-required training prior to performing tasks.
Maintain the warehouse in clean, organized, and compliant condition.
Follow all safety procedures, report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Support workflow execution to ensure warehouse operations meet demand.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience
2-4 years of experience with working knowledge of a warehouse environment.
Requirements:
Prior fork truck experience and the ability to pass company forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack certification.
Valid Driver s license
Ability to obtain DOT medical card and drive company box truck
Proficiency in English for communication and documentation
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Basic Computer Skills and Experience with SAP Software or ability to learn SAP software Materials Management module.
Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Good communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to safely operate power equipment and manual pallet jacks.
You must be able to stand and bend up to 12 hours a day.
Required to lift above shoulder frequently and below waist occasionally.
Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques.
